empowerment. During my career I had the pleasure to lead

In the recent past my attention turned specifically to
coaching (agile coaching, solution-focused coaching,
systemic coaching & mediation).
I believe in openness, integrity, trust and a little bit of
humor. I believe in unicorns – my daughter starts to
