After many years in a professional environment in finance and software engineering,
I strive for own change and development in different areas.
I started a couple of years ago to study and educate myself more on coaching, methods and tools.
During these years of professional experience I realized,
that the technical know-how and skills of people is important
and even more important is that teams and
people know how to handle challenges and demanding situations
and these people are at the center of it.
Supporting and accompaigning these people is to me parmount.
The application of systemic- and mediativ methods & techniques are forming
the basis of my doing and I love to see people grow,
